Ron and Hermione. Subtle and constant tension between the two. They are both becoming excellent actors ... The little gestures and looks between them connote their foreshadowed relationship very well.
Also: Emotional range of a teaspoon(!) made the final cut. Sadly, the kiss on the cheek did not. Oh well. :(
