I am such an idiot. I just uninstalled my sound card/device thing whatever it is that plays the pretty sounds .... And this is why I should never ever delete files from my computer. I always end up deleting something useful.

And now I don't know how to get it back. :( Ugh. Why did I just mindlessly delete without checking first?

*TWIRLS* I fixed it, I fixed it! Pretty sounds are mine again. :D :D :D

Aargh, I hate it when I do stuff like that.

Is there any chance running a System Restore will fix it? Or have you completely deleted the files, rather than just uninstalling them? If you can find out the name of the file, maybe someone else will have it?

Thank you for the suggestion. :) Unfortunately my system restore is turned off. :/ Major fails all around. (I'm sure I'll figure it out... Hopefully soon.)
